PTFE (Teflon) belts are woven fiberglass coated with PTFE, combining dimensional stability with a non-stick surface that withstands continuous temperatures up to about 260 °C. Food, adhesives and coatings release cleanly, so they are used in baking, cooking, drying, laminating and shrink-wrapping tunnels.
Solid PTFE belts give a smooth carrying surface for sealing and laminating; open-mesh PTFE belts let hot air and moisture pass through for drying, curing and screen-print dryers. Kevlar-reinforced edges and joints extend life where belts flex over small rollers or run at higher tension.
We fabricate PTFE belts endless or with metal lacing to your machine size, with edge reinforcement and tracking guides as needed.
