Homogenous PU Conveyor Belts (Volta) — VOLTA, Israel

World-leading homogenous thermoplastic elastomer belts — cut-resistant, easy to clean, ideal for hygiene-critical food and pharma applications. On-site butt jointing in just 3 minutes.

Also known as: Homogeneous conveyor belts, Solid TPU belts, Monolithic PU belts, Hygienic conveyor belts, Volta belts

A homogenous belt is one solid material all the way through — no fabric layers that can fray, delaminate or soak up liquids and bacteria. That makes Volta homogenous thermoplastic belts a first choice for wet, hygiene-critical areas in meat, poultry, fish, dairy, bakery and ready-meal production, as well as pharma and recycling.

The smooth, non-absorbent surface cleans quickly with water and detergents, resists cuts from knives and sharp products, and tolerates fats, oils and cleaning chemicals. Cuts and gouges do not expose fabric, so belt life in cutting and trimming areas is long.

Belts are joined by butt-welding with a portable tool, so a new or repaired belt can be made endless on site in minutes. Options include cleats, sidewalls, tracking guides and positive-drive versions, and blue or white colours for contrast with the product.
